Package scope
The advertised $499 package covers the initial evaluation, recommendations and referrals, follow-up evaluation after documented compliance, and applicable SAP reports and follow-up testing plan. Education, treatment, and drug/alcohol testing are separate services and may involve additional costs.
Confirm payment timing, scheduling, cancellation, and any circumstances outside the advertised package before agreeing to services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking.
No promised outcome or deadline
Recommendations depend on the assessment. No specific completion time, employment outcome, violation deletion, or return-to-duty date is guaranteed. The employer makes the decision to return an employee to safety-sensitive work, subject to applicable requirements.
